Terms of Service

These terms cover the TravelHub friends-and-family beta. A reviewed, final version will replace them before public launch.

The deal

TravelHub is an app for coordinating small-group travel. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you don’t, please don’t use the app.

Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. If you’re using TravelHub on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

Your account

Keep your login secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account. If you think someone else is using it, email us and we’ll help lock it down.

Your content

You own what you put in — trip details, flights, messages, lodging. You grant us a license to host it, process it, and show it to the other members of the trips you’ve joined. We don’t use your content for advertising. We don’t sell it.

Stuff you can’t do

  • No spamming, phishing, or harassing other users.
  • No scraping, reverse engineering, or running automated agents against the service (your own personal scripts with your own account are fine).
  • No uploading content that’s illegal or that infringes someone else’s rights.
  • Don’t abuse the AI features — same rules of decency apply.

Flight data disclaimer

Flight status comes from third-party providers (AviationStack, FlightAware). We show their best guess; airlines change data in real time. Always verify with your airline before heading to the airport. We’re not liable for missed flights or stranded rides caused by a bad status update.

Beta software

TravelHub is in friends-and-family testing. Bugs happen. Data can be lost during migrations. We’ll give you notice before any destructive change, but this is not a guarantee.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms. If we do, we’ll tell you why.

Liability

The service is provided as-is, without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is capped at what you paid us (which is currently zero). We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages — missed flights, lost deposits, canceled hotels.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app with at least 14 days notice before they take effect.
